Billing and Subscriptions

How to manage your subscription, change plans, view invoices, and handle payments.

Subscription Plans

RakuWP offers a free plan and several paid plans. Each plan includes a set number of site slots, available service modules, and support priority level. You can compare plans on the Pricing page.

Subscribing to a Plan

  1. Go to Billing in the panel sidebar
  2. Choose a plan and billing period (monthly or annual)
  3. Enter your payment details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe
  4. Your license is upgraded immediately after successful payment

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. When upgrading, you are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Invoices and Receipts

All invoices are available in the Billing section. Each invoice shows the plan name, billing period, amount, and payment status. You can download invoices as PDF for your records.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After that, your license reverts to the free plan
  • Your sites, companies, and data are preserved — nothing is deleted
  • Premium service modules will stop working on your sites

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.
