Managing Licenses
How to view, activate, and manage your license keys and site assignments.
Viewing Your Licenses
Go to the Licenses page to see all licenses associated with your account and companies. Each license shows:
- License key (partially masked for security)
- Plan name (e.g., Free, Personal, Professional, Agency)
- Status badge — Active, Expired, Suspended, or Revoked
- Company it belongs to
- Number of active sites vs. site limit
- Expiration date
License Detail Page
Click on any license to view its full details. The license key is shown in full with a copy button for easy pasting into your WordPress plugin settings.
Assigning a Site to a License
- Go to the license detail page
- In the Assign Site section, select a site from the dropdown. Only sites belonging to the same company that are not already assigned will appear.
- Click Activate
- The site will appear in the active sites table below
Each active site shows its WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version, activation date, and last health check timestamp.
Deactivating a Site
To remove a site from a license, click the Deactivate button next to the site in the active sites table. You will be asked to confirm. Deactivating a site frees up one slot in your site limit, and you can reactivate the same site later.
License Limits
Each license plan has a maximum number of sites that can be activated simultaneously. If you have reached the limit, you must deactivate an existing site before assigning a new one.
