Site Management
How to register, monitor, and manage your WordPress sites in the panel.
Adding a Site
Navigate to your company's Sites page and click Add Site. Enter the full URL of your WordPress site (e.g., https://example.com). The panel will automatically add https:// if you omit it.
Site Information
After adding a site, the panel will attempt to fetch metadata from your site:
- Site name: Extracted from the HTML
<title>tag - Favicon: The best available icon is downloaded and cached (apple-touch-icon is preferred when available)
Refreshing Site Data
Click the Refresh button on the site detail page to re-fetch the site name and favicon. This is useful if you have changed your site's branding or if the initial fetch did not succeed.
Site Detail Page
The site detail page shows:
- Site URL (clickable link to visit your site)
- Site name and favicon
- Status (Active, Inactive, Suspended)
- WordPress version, PHP version, and plugin version (reported during license activation)
- Last health check timestamp
- Active licenses assigned to this site
All Sites View
Use the Sites link in the main navigation to see all sites across all your companies in one view. This is helpful if you manage many sites across different companies.
Deleting a Site
On the site detail page, click Delete to remove the site. This will also deactivate any licenses assigned to this site. This action cannot be undone.
