Profile and Account Settings
How to manage your profile, avatar, password, sessions, and login methods.
Personal Information
Go to Profile to view and edit your account details:
- First name (required) and last name
- Email — displayed but cannot be changed
- Language — choose from English, Spanish, or French. The panel will display in your chosen language.
- Location — country, state, and city with searchable dropdowns
- Timezone — select your timezone for correct date and time display
Avatar
Click the avatar area on your profile page to upload a photo. You can drag and drop or click to browse. After selecting an image, use the built-in crop tool to adjust. Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP. If no avatar is set, your initials will be displayed instead.
Changing Your Password
In the Password section of your profile, enter your current password (if you have one), then your new password and confirmation. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, you can set one without providing a current password.
Active Sessions
The Sessions section shows all devices and browsers where you are currently logged in. Each session displays:
- Browser and operating system
- Device type (Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile)
- IP address and approximate location
- Last activity time
You can close all sessions (logs you out everywhere) or close other sessions (keeps your current session active).
Passkeys
Passkeys let you log in without a password using biometrics (fingerprint, face) or a hardware security key. To register a passkey:
- Go to Profile → Passkeys
- Click Register Passkey
- Optionally name the passkey (e.g., "MacBook Touch ID")
- Follow your browser's prompt to complete registration
You can register multiple passkeys. To delete one, click the delete button next to it. You must always keep at least one login method (password or passkey).
Google Account
If you signed in with Google, your account is linked automatically. You can unlink your Google account from the profile page, but only if you have a password or passkey set as an alternative login method.
