Licenses and Sites FAQ
Common questions about license activation, site limits, and troubleshooting connections.
How many sites can I activate on one license?
The number of sites depends on your plan. Each plan has a specific site limit. You can see your remaining slots on the license detail page.
Can I move a license to a different site?
Yes. Deactivate the license from the current site, then activate it on the new site. This frees up the slot and lets you use it elsewhere.
My license says "Expired". What do I do?
An expired license means the subscription period has ended. Contact support or renew your plan to reactivate. While expired, the plugin may disable premium features on your sites.
The plugin can't connect to the panel. What should I check?
- Verify your server can make outbound HTTPS requests
- Check if a firewall or security plugin is blocking the connection
- Ensure the site URL in the panel matches exactly (including
https://and no trailing slash) - Try the Refresh button on the site detail page to verify connectivity
I deleted a site by accident. Can I recover it?
Deleted sites cannot be restored. You will need to add the site again and reactivate your license on it.
Can I use the same license key on staging and production?
Each site URL counts as one activation. If you need to use your license on both staging and production, you need two available slots in your site limit. Register both URLs in your panel.
What data does the plugin send to the panel?
The plugin sends your site URL, WordPress version, PHP version, and plugin version during activation and periodic health checks. No content, user data, or sensitive information is transmitted.
