What plans are available?
RakuWP offers several plans to fit different needs. Each plan varies in the number of sites you can activate and the services included. Visit the pricing page or contact support for current plan details.
What is the difference between plans?
Plans differ in:
- Site limit: How many sites you can activate on one license
- Available services: Some premium services may only be available on higher-tier plans
- Support priority: Higher plans may receive faster support response times
Do licenses expire?
This depends on the plan. Some plans have annual licenses that need renewal, while others may offer perpetual licenses that never expire. Check your license detail page for the expiration date — if it says "Never", your license is perpetual.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact support to discuss upgrading your plan. Your existing license will be updated to reflect the new plan's features and limits.
What happens when my license expires?
When a license expires, the plugin on your WordPress sites will detect the expired status. Premium features may be disabled, but your sites will continue to function normally otherwise. Renew your license to restore premium functionality.
