Learn how to find, read, and download your invoices and understand the payment history table.

Viewing your invoices

All your invoices are available in two places:

  • Billing page: The last 5 invoices appear at the bottom of the main billing dashboard.
  • Payment History page: Click View All on the billing page to see your complete payment history with pagination.

Understanding the invoice table

Each invoice row shows the following columns:

DateWhen the payment was processed.
DescriptionWhat the payment was for (subscription renewal, plan change, AI credits purchase, etc.).
PlanThe plan associated with this payment, if applicable.
AmountThe base price before tax.
VATThe tax amount charged. This depends on your country and the applicable tax rate.
TotalThe final amount charged to your payment method (Amount + VAT).
StatusPayment result: Paid, Failed, or Refunded.

Downloading PDF invoices

Each paid invoice has a download button (arrow icon) on the right side. Click it to download the official PDF invoice generated by Stripe. This PDF includes:

  • Your billing details
  • Line items with amounts
  • Tax breakdown
  • Invoice number for your records

PDF invoices are valid fiscal documents that you can use for accounting and tax purposes.

Invoice descriptions

Invoice descriptions are automatically generated by Stripe and describe the billing event. Common descriptions include:

  • Subscription creation: Your first payment when subscribing to a plan.
  • Subscription update: A payment generated by a plan change (proration).
  • Subscription renewal: A regular recurring payment at the start of a new billing period.
  • AI Credits: A one-time purchase of additional AI credits.
