AI Credits Purchases

How to buy additional AI credits, how pricing and tax work, and what to know before purchasing.

What are AI credits?

AI credits are used to power the AI-assisted features in RakuWP, such as content generation, grammar correction, and text improvement. Each action consumes a specific number of credits depending on the task complexity.

Plan credits vs. purchased credits

There are two types of credits:

  • Plan credits: Included with your paid plan and refreshed at each billing period. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the period.
  • Purchased credits: Bought separately and added to your balance. These never expire and are consumed only after plan credits run out.

Buying credits

To purchase additional credits:

  1. Go to the Billing page and find the AI Credits section.
  2. Click Buy Credits.
  3. Select a credit package from the available options.
  4. Review the price breakdown (subtotal, tax, and total) shown before confirming.
  5. Click Buy to complete the purchase using your saved payment method.

Credits are added to your balance instantly after a successful payment.

Pricing and tax

Credit packages are priced in EUR. The price shown is the base price before tax. When you select a package, the modal displays a full breakdown:

  • Subtotal: The base price of the package.
  • VAT: The tax amount based on your country's rate.
  • Total: The final amount that will be charged.

Important notes

  • Credit purchases are non-refundable.
  • Credits are charged to your default payment method on file. If you need to update it, do so before purchasing.
  • A receipt/invoice is generated for each credit purchase and available for download from your payment history.
