Paid plans are billed according to the billing cycle selected at purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use RakuWP for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt our services, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to use our API beyond the documented rate limits.

6. Limitation of Liability

RakuWP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked and you must remove the plugin from all sites.
